Korinthia is a region which combines spectacular beaches and historical and archaeological sites.

Stymfalia is one of the most important wetlands in Greece and is part of the nature network Natura 2000.  Akrokorinthos, the mountain top of Killini, Flambouritsa canyon, most of Oligirtos mountain, part of Helmos mountain and Gerania moutains are also part of the same network.  Ancient Korinthos, Nemea, Sikion, Isthmia and Ireo are all archaeological sites of great interest.  Loutraki is one of largest spa towns in Greece.  Korinthos canal is a very important structure which connects the Saronikos with the Korinthian Gulf.
